Yes, PAVELS jewelry is not only nickel-free but also hypoallergenic. We use only the finest materials, including 925 sterling silver and optionally 18k gold plating. Our high-quality materials ensure a high level of comfort even for sensitive skin.

To preserve the beauty of your jewelry, we recommend the following care instructions:

  2. Storage in jewelry bags: Store your jewelry in soft bags or jewelry boxes to avoid scratches.

Shipping & Delivery

If your order is received by us by 12:00 PM Monday through Friday, we will usually ship the same day. This only applies to items marked as "available" and requires payment to be received before 12:00 PM. For many payment methods, initiating payment does not necessarily mean that we have received payment.

Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as the package leaves our premises. Shipping is handled by GLS and usually takes a maximum of 2-3 business days within Germany.

According to DHL, delivery to Austria usually takes 2-5 working days, and to Switzerland DHL states 4-5 working days.

Return & Refund

You can withdraw from your purchase within fourteen days without giving any reason. This period begins upon receipt of the goods or the last partial shipment.

Return shipping costs vary depending on the type of return. In the case of a regular return, for example, if you decide to return a product for personal reasons, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This applies to all returns not due to defects or defective items.

However, if you wish to return a piece of jewelry due to defects or faults, or if you wish to exchange an item, PAVELS will cover the return shipping costs. In this case, please contact us by email at info@pavels.de .

For returns, statutory warranty rights apply. Consumers should immediately inspect the delivery upon receipt for completeness, obvious defects, and transport damage. Any complaints must be reported immediately to avoid affecting statutory warranty claims.

Different regulations apply to businesses, including the agreement on material properties and product descriptions. In the case of defects, the warranty is provided either through repair or replacement. If the defect cannot be remedied, the business owner may choose a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.

The warranty period is one year from delivery, unless there are certain exceptions such as intentional damage or fraudulently concealed defects.

Yes, you can change the delivery address retroactively as long as the item hasn't left our warehouse yet. Once the item is already on its way, changes are no longer possible.
